Guide to Custom Menu Captions

This guide will help show you how to have Custom Menu Captions
This method is very easy and takes almost no time at all.
Tools needed:
P2K Menu Editor
Let’s Begin!
1. Open P2K Menu Editor
2. Once it is open, click the “Open Menu” button, and select “Open from Phone”. It now will read the menu from the phone.
3. Now select the item of the menu that you wish to change. I have selected “Phonebook”
4. On the right hand side, you’ll see a text box with “Menu Item Custom Caption”, type in the box what you want the menu item to be. I have changed mine to “Adam’s Homies”.
5. Click the apply button below the text box you just were typing in.
6. Now you can repeat steps 3 thru 5 until you have changed all the ones you want. You can do 1 or you can do as many as you wish. (note the captions in the left hand column will not change to what you have set them as, it will always show the “stock” names)
7. Now click the “Save” button and select “Save to phone”.
8. Click then menu button, select “Restart Mobile Phone” and when your phone comes back on you will now have custom captions.
