KRZR K1 Get Connected

From Guides

This guide is to assist you in installing the P2K drivers for Vista and XP. I am using Vista Ultimate for the screenshots.

This is probably the easiest way to install the drivers yet.

This will work on 32bit and 64bit versions of Vista and XP.

During this process you may be asked to allow an unsigned driver, click yes, you will be prompted several times, just stick with it and keep clicking yes.

Here are the links to the drivers
32bit
64bit

1.Download the driver. (You need to create an account at motodev to download)

2.Unrar the driver installer with winrar or similar.

3.Run the driver installer.

4.Now depending if you have installed the drivers prior to this or not, you will get one of the following screens.

If you get the screen asking to repair or remove the Motorola Driver Installation, select “Remove the Motorola Driver Installation” and then click finish. Now go back to step 3.

If you get the screen on the right goto step 6.

6.Click “Next”

7.Now Agree to the License Agreement, and click “Next”

8.Once the installation is done click “Close”

9.Now plug in your phone, Windows should detect it and automatically install the drivers for the “Motorola USB Modem”

10.Run a p2k app, such as RSD or p2ktools. When your phone switches to p2k mode, Windows will automatically install the remaining drivers.

The last driver "Flash interface" will not be installed until you either try to flash your phone, or you start the phone in bootloader mode and plug it in.

Enjoy.
