Pry off the back(its pretty tough, put some muscle into it.)

Unplug the LCD ribbon from the board, and remove the board( its pretty easy.)

Unscrew the Torx 5 Screw on the hinge, holding in the right side hinge cap.

Now flip the phone over, and pry off the outter rim cover(its glued on pretty good.) Try not to scratch it.

Take out the four Torx 5 GOLD screws, keep them in a safe spot.

Pry up on the top with the Ipod tool, and move down the sides, it will eventually pop off.

The LCD should slip out pretty easy now. Close the flip.

On the left hinge, pop out the cover(like on the RAZR).. then on the right, press in with something small(i used a small flat head), and the hinge should let out.
