How to change your cl image directly from your phone! That would be the outter image on the little outside screen when the phone is open.

Let's start with the necessary software. All of which can be found in our downloads section.

P2KMan

XVI32

and possibly P2K Advanced Editor

Ready? Okay let's start by opening P2KMan and connecting your phone. Once connected we will download SEEM 0061. To do this we will type 0061 in the from box (circled in red) and 0061 in the to box (also circled in red) and click download seem

when you do this a dialogue box will click up.

DO NOT change the name from xxxx_yyyy! Save the seem. *I made a file just for the seems so they are easy to find.

Next we will download the 0062 seem. Do the same thing you did for 0061 except this time you will type 0062 in the from and to boxes and click download seem.

same thing in the dialogue box. DO NOT change the default name! Make sure to save it to the same folder as the first seem.

Now we will minimize P2KMan and open XVI32. Click the file menu and select open.

Then navigate to the file you saved your seems in. Select seem 0061_0001 from the folder.

When it opens it will look like this...

We are worried about the right hand side. If you look at it close you will notice that there are letter in every other space and a little square in the ones in between. We will be leaving the squares just like they are. the letters spell out "a/mobile/system/cl.gif" (and yes i am counting "/" as a letter btw!". So one by one change the letters to say "a/mobile/ picture/c .gif". Like so....

Basically we are changing the file path from the system file to the picture file and changing the name from cl.gif to c.gif. Now save it!

Now the exact same thing for the other seem now. Click file and open 0062_0001. it will look the same as the previous seem.

Now make the same change to that one.... from system/cl.gif to picture/c.gif. And save it.

Now reopen P2KMan. In the little upload from box type 0061 and in the to box this time it will be 0001. And click upload seem.

A dialogue box will open. Select 0061_0001.

Repeat this step for the second seem replacing the from boxes with 0062 and leaving the to box as 0001.

And select 0062_0001 in the dialogue box.

Now find some cl pics you want to use. Navigate to your picture folder in the system tree and click PC>phone.

Select the photo you want.

Put a few of them on there.

Now when you want to change your outer image all you have to do is rename the one you want "c" and of course rename the one that's you replacing something different...

Now restart your phone and you should be set.

If it doesn't work you will probably have to edit your seem 004a_0001 offset 27 to 00... Here's the easy way. Some may even call it cheating! Open P2K Advanced Editor

click the button that says Connect in P2K Mode. Now click the phone services menu and go down the list to SEEM functions and over to seem 4a functions.

1. Click read from phone 2. Scroll down to offset 27 and change the value to 00 3. Click write to phone

Now restart your phone. You should be set! I change mine just about daily and now you can too! Enjoy!
